How To Build An Engaged Audience.

How To Build An Engaged Audience.

This infographic came from Mashable.  If you follow these rules you can build a more engaged audience. There are two main points in this infographic, your headline and writing better blog posts. Having a great headline is very important.  Only about 80% of people read the headlines while only 20% read the post.  If people do not find your headline enticing enough, they will not read your post.  Copywriting is very important in designing blog posts headlines as well as sales letters, opt in pages and free offers. Write Effective  Blog Posts. Some people write and write and write but do not break their copy up.  It is suggested that you use subheadlines, use line breakers, and use bulleted lists.  I try to do these with each posts but sometimes forget and write more than I need to. Hope you like the infographic. EngagedAudienceIG-600x5014   Hope this artice was helpful.  If so, please leave a comment, share and tweet it. 1. One thing I would add would be to vary the length of your posts. Not everyone wants to read 1,500+ words (an article) every time they visit. Sometimes, a short post (300-500) words is key.

And don’t forget photos! Especially photos that people want to share on Pinterest.
