[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text" background_layout="light" text_orientation="left" use_border_color="off" border_color="#ffffff" border_style="solid"] Have any of you ever heard of Plexus?  I hadn't until my Facebook newsfeed was exploding with posts about Plexus and how it has helped so many people.  Like many of you, I was skeptical.  I didn't like taking the medications I was prescribed for my Crohn's Disease, let alone taking some kind of supplements.  I know it wasn't for me. A few months later, out of curiosity I did private messaged a friend to ask about the products.  Not only did I want to know about the products but the business side.  At that time, I still wasn't interested. In May of 2016, I had my left knee replaced.  As for most people, the doctor sends you to physical therapy so you can get full movement back.  Well for some reason, the more I went to physical therapy, the more pain I was in.  The pain was not coming from my knee but from my lower back and nerve that was running down my leg.  Just say it was not a fun summer.  I couldn't sit long enough to go kayaking, I had to be up walking around in my classroom as it hurt too much to sit, and I wasn't sleeping. I first thought this all stemmed from my mattress on the bed.  We have had the mattress for quite some time and figured it was time to order a new one.  The new one helped a little but I still ended up going out to the couch and sleep. What to do next?  My husband has back problems and he periodically goes to a chiropractor.  I told myself, I am going to make an appointment to see if this will help. What was causing all of the pain was my lower back.  I had some appointments and he finally got me aligned again and the pain had subsided.  Even though you have a knee replacement, you still have some arthritis and there is some pain. Now you are thinking, what does this have to do with my Plexus journey.  Well I am getting to that.  The fall of 2016 I wanted to start working out and a lady that works in our school system does cross fit.  Well I can't do the jumping and running part but I could do a dummy down version of it.  I loved working out and have someone do it with me.  My knees weren't bothering too bad but as with age, they snap, crackle and pot.  If it was raining or cold they would ache some. Now the other issue I was experiencing was acid reflex.  I had to get up in the middle of the night and chew some Tums or Rolaids.  This was getting more frequent as time went on. In December of 2016, I asked my friend about Plexus again and said that I might be interested in giving them a try.  So a few days before Christmas, I had ordered my Welcome pack and got the wholesale prices, I actually paid the $34.95 to do the business side of it.  I had been in Networking Marketing before and had no success and told myself a few years ago, I wouldn't ever do it again. Well guess what?  I am doing the business and loving the products.  It has been six months and I have not taken any heart burn medications.  My knees are not aching like they were and now I am getting up at 5:30 am to go walking with my daughter.  Most of the time she jogs while I walk.  We are also biking and went for a 11 mile bike ride the other day.  I feel better and have so much more energy.  When I started sharing my story is when people started paying attention to what I had to say and asking about the results I was getting. My Mom is 90 years old and she suffers from constant UTI's (urinary tract infections).  She has been hospitalized throughout the year but a week before Christmas she had a bad one.  Not only did she have a UTI but was dehydrated and her blood pressure was really low.  I took her to the hospital where she spent a few days.  After Mom got out and I took her home after the Christmas holiday,  I had set up a plan that she needed to stick to in order for her to stay healthy.  When I started my Plexus journey, I asked my sponsors what could I give  my Mom to help her with these UTI's. They told me to give her the Probiotic 5.  She has been on it since the first of this year she has gone 6 months without one.  Not only that, she has started to gain weight, sleep better and is drinking more water a day. Not only do I have my Mom on Plexus, my daughter is taking the Triplex combo.  It has helped her with acne and the stomach issues she was experiencing. Don't laugh but I have put my 3 dogs on Plexus as well and I have also started making my own dog food for them.  I have three dogs that have hip pain who take Plexus Ease for that.  I give the Rottweiler (Lady) 2 capsules each morning and split a capsule between the two smaller dogs (Nike and Rascal).  In the evening, they all take the Probiotic 5.  I give all the dogs one capsule. Since giving them Plexus, Lady has been UTI free, her coat looks better and her dandruff has gone.  Nike suffers from allergies each year where his skin is all flaking and red.  His whole body gets crusty.  So far he has not experienced any symptoms.  Rascal suffers from joint pain and has been doing well while on Plexus Ease.  I was tired of the cost of Vet bills that I decided I would try these products on them.  I had done some research and spoke to my older daughter who is a Pharmacist before giving any of these products to my dogs.
