I can't believe this year is almost over. Is my business further ahead than it was last year, YES. I have to thank my mentors for giving me the tools to move my business in the direction that it is today.
Building a business by yourself is not easy and most people fail at it. I was one of them until I started finding people to help me. Not only do I have one mentor but I have three.
My first mentor is Ann Sieg who provided me with a proven marketing system and learned Attraction Marketing. Without her help I would not have had the courage to do webinars, create products, build my first marketing funnel or have a blog.
My second mentor is Natasha Hazlett. She has helped me with my Brand. Branding "You Inc." is much more important than promoting your opportunity. I also learned how to build a marketing funnel similar to the one Natasha and Rich use in their business. How many people would share their funnel with their customers?
My third mentor is Mari Smith who has helped me with my Facebook Page as well as with Facebook Ads. I learned how to build more engagement with my fans and how to create the ultimate posts.
I knew if I wanted to succeed in business, I had to find mentors who was going to make my business and myself better. I think I have done that this year. Did I spend some money on my education, yes. You have to surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed as much as you do. Each one of these mentors has a supported community to answer questions and are willing to give feedback. Do you have that kind of support?
With all I have learned this past year and a half, I wanted to share with other people. I have three people going through my 12 week coaching program. I love to teach and share the knowledge I have learned with other people. These three are actually starting from scratch and it is great to see them implement what they have learned.
I hope one day I can be the mentor that these people have been to me.

Mentors can be so powerful. How did you go about finding mentors? I’ve got a small business and I’d love to find a mentor to provide support, and help my business grow, I just have no idea where to look?
I actually found Ann at a event in Miami. She e-mailed regarding a training she was offering and I jumped right on it. She has been there for me through this adventure. Since starting my biz as a Divorce Strategist and Co-Parenting Coach two years ago, I have really invested time, money and energy in learning from other women entrepreneurs. I have greatly benefited from learning from their ideas and their sharing their mistakes. I also have completely changed my mindset after attending several women’s biz conferences and learning how critical it is to have a mindset for success.
You really do have to have the right mindset for success. Ann talks about that in one of her many modules. I am glad you are getting the help you need to move your business forward. Anita
