5 Major Reasons Why Every Network Marketer Must Have A Blog
A blog is a great piece of real-estate The reason you want to create your own blog is to attract visitors and to convert those visitors to leads and ultimately into customers.
You want to create relationships with those visitors and build a larger warm market.
Your blog should include educational content, entertain people and inform them about the topic you have interest in. You want to engage people to take some sort of action.
If you are going to promote a product, make sure you give them great content first. If they would like more information on the product, then give them a link at the end of the post.
There are five main reasons why you should integrate blogging into your online and offline marketing strategy.
1. Blogs are easy to set up and maintain.
Blogs are a great way to get in front of people. It is a great way to Brand yourself. Start creating educational content and become a credible solutions provider. Your blog is an asset.
2. Get free traffic from the search engines.
This is not going to happen overnight. It will be an easier way for people to find you when they search your name. If you are on the social media platforms such as Facebook, they will follow you to your website. I have my blog set up so when I post an article, it will also post to Facebook, Twitter and Linked In.
3. WordPress blogs are premium blog themes for the Google spiders.
By using one of their themes, the Google spiders will crawl and index your content fast. I have noticed people using WordPress.com and I would not recommend those themes because you do not own it and it can be taking down without notice. If you are considering a blog, use WordPress.org.
4. Blogs are more credible.
Blogs are considered to be more credible as you are creating content and building your reader's trust. They are much more attractive than a sales letter or an advertising billboard.
When I started, I had no idea what I was suppose to do with a blog. I had banner ads everywhere on my blog. I understand now why people were not coming to my blog. It was like a neon sign in Vegas.
5. A blog is interactive.
Like social media, blogs can create relationships in the comment sections. You should publish fresh content as this adds a social dynamic to your marketing.
By having a blog, it gives readers the value you have to offer. Make sure you are creating great content so they will come back for more. Let your personality shine through.

It is about branding ourselves and developing relationships, not sharing our company information. That will come with time if our readers are interested in us!
You be surprised the people who are pushing their products onto people. I can’t say it enough, creating educational content is the key. Thanks for the comment.

I really like your suggestion to provide good value and then link to the product! I see many just pushing the product. Great post and thanks for the info. Best Regards, Wendy {UBC}
Thanks Wendy. I think educational content to solve people’s problem is the key to success. Anita
Have I mentioned before I love your graphics? If not – I love your graphic. I think the visual keeps you in a firm place in my mind even more than your words do, at least upon the first visit…important to know, eh?
I love the conversations that rise up from blogs. It makes it so much fun and so much more dynamic than a static website.
Happy Ultimate Blog Challenge! Congrats for finishing!
