Create Great Video Marketing With These Tips
Video marketing is one of the most effective marketing techniques available to business owners. By successfully integrating intelligent video marketing with your other business marketing endeavors you can dramatically increase sales and enjoy a corresponding increase in profit. This article is jam-packed with the best video marketing advice available.
An excellent concept for video marketing is using a video contest as a way to generate interest. Have your viewers submit their own videos as part of your contest. They will be the ones who are creating new and useful content for your marketing and they will drive new traffic to your site by sharing their videos.
While a single video can do a great job, a series of videos keeps viewers coming back for more. Have each new video pick up from where the last left off and you'll find people return to your site just to see what's coming next, and they might even buy while they wait.
When you're posting videos using WordPress, check out video sitemap extensions which allow you to easily add the new video to your current video sitemap. Without such a sitemap, Google won't index your videos and therefore viewers who are searching for them will never be lucky enough to find them.
Use customer testimonials in your video marketing campaign. Upload real messages from actual patrons of your business for the most effective videos possible. Other potential customers will see how appreciated you are by existing customers and when they realize how you go out of your way in business, they will make a point of looking you up!
YouTube comment search is a great way to find videos on the topic you're planning to use in your next video. This allows you to see what other people are talking about and then you can either answer their questions or come up with new information which isn't currently being provided.
A good video marketing tip is to just go for it and leave your reservations at the door. You might have put off video marketing because you're too shy or feel you lack a presence. It doesn't matter if you're shy, all you really need is solid material and your video will be effective.
As was discussed in the beginning of this article, video marketing is one of the best marketing tools available to business owners. By implementing good video marketing you can dramatically improve your business. Carefully apply what you've learned from this article to start seeing huge increases in your bottom line!

I want to do more video marketing myself. I believe people can connect with us even better on video. I like your idea of doing a series. I think I will do that first. Thanks so much, Amy
I am glad that I could help. Thanks for the comment Amy. Anita

Hi Anita,
Great tips here!
Blimey I need to get myself in gear with video. I’ve been told I come across ok, and I love the idea of having the series of videos, breaking one off to leave a tease for then next!
What’s put me off? I do a lot of writing, and found I was too concerned about replicating the written word as I like to write conversationally.
Hmm, I think I’ll have to just do what you say, leave that reservation at the door and see what happens!
Thanks for the prompt!
Cheers, Gordon
Thanks Gordon, I hope the tips helped. They make everything a teaser these days, even the news. Anita
Anita, do you post a video as a blog post. How do the videos from your subscribers incorporated into your blog?
Three of my blog post this past month contained video. They are how to videos. I do a lot of them. I post them on my Facebook page and sometimes I use video when I do an ad. What I found out that works is a 3 x 3 x 1 series. If you have a product or service you are promoting this is a great way to get the word out. Do three videos answering the three most frequently asked questions about that product, then do three videos on questions that should be asked and do a video to wrap up the other 6. Most of these videos get pinned on Pinterest.
I find a problem people are having, do a video and write about in my blog post and incorporate the video. Sometimes I think I should shorten them a bit. People love videos. Let me know if I can be of any help Adrienne. Anita
